In order to register for Bagan Temple Marathon, all international runners MUST sign up for one of the tour packages.

In general: International Travelers
All travelers are required to have a valid visa for entering Myanmar. Approximately 100 nationalities can apply for an electronic visa online. If you are unable to do so, you’ll need to contact the Myanmar Embassy in your country of origin. Visas on arrival are generally not possible for tourism purposes, so please apply beforehand.
Please note that it is solely each traveler's own responsibility to ensure they are in possession of the necessary documentation, and in compliance with the laws and regulations of Myanmar.
